First time eating here with family, and the food and service were fantastic! I ordered the Mahi Imperial, and it was great! The atmosphere was cozy, yet a little lively with a live band. Perfect place to hang out with friends and family while having very tasty food. I will definitely be returning.
Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere! Awesome venue, great seating indoors and out, scenic tucked in with the waterway. Biscuit flight, Ruddy Duck, and Oatmeal Cream Latte were all fun and delicious, Redneck Bennie savory and perfectly prepared, and Cinnamon Crunch French Toast is a must-try - rich, deep-fried, and delicious. Some fun seasonal drinks as well, maybe a little light on the alcohol, but that's okay with us at brunch. Update 04/2024 - brunch was great, so returned for dinner! Another good experience, Smash Flight is fun and strong, Pungo Crush is a little lighter and a perfect combination of raspberry, pineapple, and cranberry. Side salad and BBQ wings good, standard; She-Crab soup is an outstanding must try! Shrimp po boy and brisket French dip sandwiches both great, plenty of brisket and cream cheese on French dip are uniquely amazing, as are rich Mac n cheese and tasty sweet potato fries. Key lime pie for dessert very good as well, definitely recommend!
Lived in the area all my life, first time here. I've been missing out! Food, service and atmosphere was great! We will definitely be back. Loved that the owner, Nick, checked on the tables himself. Had great service from Preston!! Really appreciated the honest response to entree questions in order to get the meal you'll enjoy!!! The CRISPY CALAMARI was tender with a nice light crunch! The house salad was chilled & refreshing. Really enjoy the creamy, buttery sauce in the PORTOFINO PASTA and the shrimp, scallops & crab - DELICIOUS! Also at the table was a CAESAR SALAD with GRILLED SHRIMP & CRAB ENCRUSTED SALMON, both perfect! Looking forward to returning!!!
Absolutely wonderful place. My wife and I went right around opening time at 4 pm, and there were some people already waiting to get in, so that was a good sign. We got seated right away and chose to sit outside by the water and got to see some turtles. We got the crabby fries and steamed shrimp for starters. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the fries. The shrimp was good as well. I got the Ahi tuna bowl, and my wife got the 2 crab cake dinner, 1 fried, and 1 broiled with greenbeans and mashed potatoes. Oth meals were cooked to perfection, seasoned perfectly, and just phenomenal. I managed to squeeze in some desert too, the sweet potato bread pudding was enough for two and was the perfect ending to a truly excellent meal. 10 out of 10. My new favorite little secret.
Lucky to enjoy pre-season at Blue Pete's before the usual summer crowd (seems like most dine on the early side as this was at 8 pm on a Monday). Lumpia special, fresh oysters, she-crab, GT, and crush kicked off a delicious meal. New server very attentive outstanding service.
